WARM-UP

As a team:

5 rounds:

20 DB hang clean and jerk (set of 10)

20 burpees (sets of 10)

400m run

4 rounds

20 thrusters(sets of 10)

20 push ups

400m run

3 rounds

20 goblet squats ( sets of 10)

20 renegade rows (sets of 10)

400m run

100 med ball slams to finish( heaviest ball possible)

400m run to finish!!
