START WITH A 1 MILE RUN

Then 4 rounds:

“You Go I GO”

  • 20 push press
  • 20 air squats
  • 20 Alternating OH lunges
  • 10 burpees to plate (together)

after round 1: 800m run

after round 2: 600m run

after round 3: 400m run

after round 4: 200m run
