SCHEDULE

Our classes are a full 60-minute workout at the following days and times:

Monday: 5am, 6am, 10am, 4pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 10am

Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 10am, 6:30pm

Thursday:  6am, 10am,  4:00pm

Friday: 5am, 6am, 10am

Saturday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am

Sunday: 7am

**Daycare available for all classes except 5am & 6am
