Workout Of The Day

Dress accordingly to run!!!  We will row if it rains.

400m run

3 rounds:

  • 50 airsquats
  • 30 mt climbers
  • 10 push ups

400m run

3 rounds:

  • 40 KB swings
  • 30 sprinter crunches
  • 10 burpees

400 m run

3 rounds:

  • 30 clean and press
  • 30 alt lunges (same weight as press)
  • 20 up downs

    Loved the longer runs today!! But, man, that third set was HARD!!
