Amrap 1 (8 minutes)

20 wallballs

15 knee raises or toes to bar

20 up downs

 

Amrap 2 (8 minutes)

20 Deadlifts

15 weighted step ups

10 burpees

Amrap 3

20 OH DB Lunge ( switch arm every 10)

10 push ups

10 dips
