Partner Saturday!!

“Follow the Leader

5 rounds:

As a team 5 burpees to start together

15 cal assault bike

15 push press

15 box jumps

15 med ball cleans

15 sit ups

Partner 1 starts assault bike, when they are done partner 2 starts assault bike, follow partner after every move. Start each round together.
