3 rounds of:

20 lateral lunge

15 push press

10 push ups

15 over head sit ups

200m run

3o walls balls/20 rope slams

3 rounds of :

15 cleans

15 thrusters

30 mt climbers

Sand bag/ dumbbell/ barbell

    The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

    My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
    I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.

    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type
    on several websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform.
    I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it?
    Any help would be really appreciated!
