10 burpees to plate( in sync)

80 DB squat clean and press

10 burpee to plate

80 weighted sit ups

10 burpee to plate

80 OH lunges

10 burpee to plate

80 Ground to OH

10 burpee to plate

80 med ball slams

weather permitting I will throw in a run!
