Option before each set 200m run or 50 mt climbers

set 1

50 airsquats

10 burpee med ball slam

set 2

50 kb swings

10 burpee lunges w/ med ball

set 3

50 kb clean and press

10 burpee tap and jump with ball

set 4

50 knee raises or full situps

10 burpee side med ball slam (alt side)

set 5

30 renegade rows to finish!

scale reps accordingly!!!!
