6 jumping squats

9 med ball sit ups

Amrap 2 (12 min)

21 box jumps

18 wallballs

15 push press

9 goblet squats

Amrap 3 (6 min)

20 plank pass thru (kettlebell)

16 up downs

24 side plank taps (12 each side)

EACH AMRAP STARTS WITH A RUN!!
