partner 2 10 wallballs/ 5 burpees

Then to be performed together”

50 medball cleans

20 push ups

then 2 sets:

partner 1: run 200m

partner 2: 10 air squats/ 5 burpees

then to be performed together:

40 clean and jerk

40 abmat sit ups
