warm up 3 rounds

10 wallballs

5 push ups

then:

400m run

50 DL/40 box jumps/30 goblet squats/20 hand released push ups/ 10 burpee pull ups

run 200

50 lunges/40 med ball slams/ 30 situps/20 up downs/ 10 burpee pull ups
