Its a beautiful day to run!!!

Partner workout

1 mile run

80 goblet squats/10 burpees

80 kb  lunges or reverse rack /10 burpees

80 push ups/ 10 burpees

80 alt db snatch/ 10 burpees

1 mile run

  • Run the mile together. Divide the reps as a team. 10 burpees in unison
  • have fun.. lets go!
