Happy 4th of July!

Today is a modified schedule where we will all be doing the same workout.. crossfit and bootcamp class.

Class times are:

7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am

22 KB swings

22 box jumps

400m run

22 burpees

22 wallballs
