WARM-UP

3 rounds

  • 150m row
  • 100ft sandbag run
  • 30 sec rope swings
  • 10 wallballs

AGILITY DRILLS

  • sang bag drills

WORKOUT 

All Amraps start with a 250m row

Amrap 1  (8 min)

  • 15 wall balls
  • 20 wall sit ball taps
  • 20 sit up ball toss

Amrap 2 (8 min)

  • 20 double kb deadlift
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 burpees

Amrap 3 (8 min)

  • 20 OH Dumbbell Lunges
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 dips
