3 rounds:

  • 150m row
  • 5 inchworm push-up squats,
  • 30 sec rope swings
  • 20 rope slams
  • 15 med ball wall taps


  • Drills


(AMRAP: 18 Min)

  • 20 thrusters (barbell, dumbells)
  • 250m row
  • 12 burpees over bar
  • 20 Med ball knee raises

    Carrie I have to say your Bootcamp has helped me so much with my endurance overall. Especially in my crossfit workouts;) Today’s rowing drills were very hard because you didn’t know when they were going to be over and there was no rest in between sprints. We were not resting off our partners so the rowing sprints followed by suicide sprints and thrusters non stop was a real test of mental toughness. The knee raises were very hard because It required a lot of technique and core stability. Kept all rows over 1,000. Nearly puked when it was over. Very proud that I took class today and didn’t quit even when the going got hard:)

    Tough workout. Just when I think it can’t get harder it does!!! Those med ball knee raises where a challenge!!

    Wow! Never stop moving the entire hour. As someone who has been doing CF for a few years, I love that Carrie’s boot camp kicks my ass! Those med ball knee raises, ouch!
