WORKOUT 2 complete rounds of:

30 sec Air dyne Sprint

30 air squats

20 KB snatch (10 each arm repeater)

30 sec air dyne

14 manmakers

20  toes to bar/knees to elbows OR weighted sit ups

30 sec air dyne

20 plate to ground overhead double lunge

30 bicycle crunch

24 plank knee to elbow

SURPRISE TO FINISH IT OFF!!
