battle rope and sled drills

WORKOUT 4 Rounds

  • 20 med ball cleans
  • 10 burpee pull ups or burpee to target
  • 50 singles (jumprope)
  • 24  1 arm db press (12 each arm)
  • 24 side weighted plank taps (12 each side)
