Battle Ropes!

AGILITY DRILLS

Sand Bag and Sled Drills

WORKOUT 3 rounds rest 2 minutes between sets

  • 10 Box Jumps followed by 2 Box sprints
  • 10 Sand Bag Thrusters
  • 10 Sand Bag Cleans
  • 10 sand Bag Back Squats
  • 20  rope slams
  • 15 Med Ball V- ups
  • 10 Box Jump-2 sprints
