WARM-UP

3 rounds:

  • 200m run
  • 5 inchworm push-up squats,
  • 30 sec rope swings
  • 20 rope slams
  • 15 med ball wall taps

AGILITY DRILLS

WORKOUT

4 rounds:

200m row

20 goblet squats

15 weighted step ups

20 KB power clean and press (1KB ONLY)

10 Burpees
