  • 5 inchworm push-up squats,
  • 30 sec rope swings
  • 20 rope slams
  • 15 med ball sit ups

AGILITY DRILLS

  • Drills

WORKOUT

(AMRAP: 18 Min)

  • 250m row
  • 20 thrusters (Dumbbells or Barbell)
  • 30 second rope swings
  • 12 burpees over bar or dumbbell
  • 20 Med ball knee raises
  • 24 weighted side plank taps (12 each side)
