    Mr CAMpi!!!! Killin it!!

    Second time doing Bootcamp this week!!!! Wow we covered a lot of movements today. Thrusters, box jumps, cleans, running, rowing, deadlifts, box push, squats, pull-ups, wall led ball sits, presses. Drills between amraps is the new trend in Bootcamp lately. Literally non stop today. Swallowed both of my water bottles today. Always feel so accomplished after this class. At work now and I am feeling energized:)
