    Kick ass class today for sure!! I have to say that the volume of today’s workout was what made it challenging. The harder movements were at the later part which made them that much more taxing. The 50 rep squat cleans stung because my legs were fried and the overhead medball lunges not only had my legs screaming but my shoulders as well. Full body workout for sure! You look at this and think boy I can go unbroken but wait even with lightweight, when you see the amount of reps you have to do and the combination of muscles being worked. Think again! Awesome class amazing workout got my days worth for sure:) Martin it was a pleasure you killed it;) there is a reason why I bring two water bottles to Bootcamp and one to crossfit:) Carrie gives ZERO rest! Thanks Carrie for a great class
