WARM-UP

2 rounds:

30 second airdyne

15 air squats

5 push ups

WORKOUT

25 min amrap

30 second air dyne sprint

20 thrusters (barbell, DB)

15 weighted step-ups (use sandbag, or 2 DB)

20 weighted- sit ups

15 burpee OH med ball lunge

30 sec air dyne

20 v-ups

15 renegade rows

20 med ball wall taps
