WARM-UP

sled push (2)

30 sec rope swings

10 rope slams

15 air squats

AGILITY DRILLS

  • get ready to run!!

WORKOUT

(AMRAP: 7 Min)

  • 10 KB Sumo Jumping Squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 30 mt climbers (as fast as possible with slides)

(AMRAP: 7 min)

  • 10 Double KB deadlift bi-cep curl
  • 5 sprinter burpees or reg burpees
  • 10 KB power cleans

(AMRAP: 7 min)

  • 10 med ball knee raises or 20 med ball sit ups
  • 20 med ball overhead lunges
  • 30 plank taps

DRILLS BETWEEN EACH AMARAP!!
