Workout Of The Day :Dress accordingly for 200m runs 

WARM- UP

200m run

10 airsquats

20 mt climbers

5 push-ups

AGILITY DRILLS

  • lite drills

WORKOUT

  • 200m sandbag or med ball run
  • 40 airsquats/10 burpee press
  • 200m  sandbag run
  • 40 SDHP/ 10 Burpee Jacks
  • 200m sandbag run
  • 40 clean and press/10 burpee lunges
  • 200m sandbag run
  • 30 toes to bar/knee raises or weighted sit ups- 10 burpee tuck jumps
  • 200m sandbag run
  • 40 DB  snatch/ 10 burpee med ball slam
  • 200m sandbag run
  • 30 med ball wall taps/10 burpee double squats

ITS A GRINDER.. LETS GET IT!!!
