  • 5 inchworm push-up squats,
  • 30 sec rope swings
  • 20 rope slams
  • 15 med ball wall taps

AGILITY DRILLS

  • rowing sprints

WORKOUT

250m row

5 rounds of:

10 KB squat clean

20 ball slams

250m row

5 rounds of:

10 burpee to plate

20 OH lunges w/ plate

250m row

5 rounds of:

20 wallballs

10 knee raises or toes to bar
