800m run

50 air squats

40 sit ups

10 burpees

600m run

40 KB swings

30 push ups

10 burpees

400m run

30 KB squat clean

20 side plank taps (10 each side )

10 burpees

200m run

30 med ball slams ( heavy ball)

10 Burpees
