Workout Of The Day

Today we are combining our bootcamp classes with our crossfit classes! 

On a 20 minute clock:

run 1 mile

then AMRAP in remaining time of:

15 wallballs

12 kb swings

9 burpees

then, at the 20 minute mark

run 1 mile

Coach Carrie will be at Athleta in Manhassat  8:30 if you want to stop down!
